The care, professionalism and speed in which Glenn took to diagnose the problem and replace a breaker panel was encouraging. When dealing with a major safety concern that you know is going to be expensive, you want to know you can trust what the service provider is telling you. Consider my story: It is the middle of the summer in Dallas. Temperatures are 100. Saturday at 3:00 pm my air conditioning goes out. I have a six-month old child, and I am wondering, “What am I going to do?” I call a couple of places, and they all tell me that they are full and that they “maybe” could get someone to look at the unit by Monday.
I find Glenn and Allstars and see that they have great Yelp and Google ratings. I all Glenn at 3:35pm and text him pictures of the unit. (Keep in mind that I live in a 100+ year old house with odd nooks and crannies and other people said that it would be impossible to replace the unit without demolishing my existing wall)
Yet, Glenn and his crew and no problem.
Amazingly, by 8:30pm on Saturday, my house was cooling off. Amazing work guys!
